Refund policy

At Hepta, we want you to receive your pieces in the condition you expect. Please review the following guidelines before placing your order.

Refund Guidelines

Refund requests are accepted within 7 days (1 week) of the date your order was delivered.
Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition and packaging.
Items that show signs of wear, washing, damage, alteration, or misuse may not qualify for a refund.
To request a refund, contact Hepta through our official customer service channel and provide your order number and reason for the request.
Refunds will only be processed after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Once a refund is approved, it will be issued through the original payment method where possible.

Non-Refundable Items

Due to the limited nature of Hepta releases and preorder pieces, certain items may be final sale and non-refundable. This will be clearly stated on the product page or at the time of purchase.

Delivery & Return Costs

Original delivery fees are non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective, damaged, or different from what was ordered.
Where Hepta is responsible for an incorrect or defective item, we will work with the customer to arrange an appropriate resolution.

Wrong Size or Change of Mind

Please confirm your size and product details before placing your order.

Choosing the wrong size or changing your mind after purchase does not automatically qualify for a refund. Because many Hepta pieces are released in limited quantities or produced through preorder, exchanges or replacements are subject to availability.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from the item you ordered, contact us as soon as possible after delivery.

Please provide your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging so that we can assess the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.
